How do I earn minutes?
Mark a prayer as prayed, finish a round of zikr, or read Quran pages. You choose what each act earns in your plan (Settings → Plan).
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any time in Settings → Plan: your daily limit, how many prayers, zikr rounds or Quran pages you aim for, and how many minutes each one earns. Stricter changes apply at once; looser ones start at the next Fajr, so the plan holds when it matters.
When do minutes start counting down?
Only after you press Start, and only while a locked app is actually open. Press Stop to pause. Unused minutes reset at Fajr.
What if I don’t pray today?
Choose “Not praying today” on Home. Nothing counts against you and your streak is kept.
My prayer times look wrong.
Open Settings → Prayer times and check the calculation method, the Asr setting and your location. Times can differ from your mosque by a few minutes; you can also adjust the Hijri date by a day.
I need a locked app urgently.
Use emergency access in Junna. Calls, messages and emergency services are never blocked.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Junna and tap “Restore purchases” (Settings → Subscription, or on the welcome screen).
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Junna → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal; you keep access until the end of the period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do you see my prayers or which apps I lock?
No. Worship records stay on your phone and in your private iCloud, and Apple only gives Junna anonymous tokens for locked apps.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Help and privacy → Delete all my data. It erases your records from your iPhone and iCloud.
Which languages are available?
English and Turkish. Arabic is planned.
Is Junna on Android or iPad?
Junna is for iPhone only for now.
