Junna

Fajr05:58 ·

Your phone waits until you’ve prayed.

Junna locks the apps that pull you in. Prayer, zikr and Quran earn the minutes that open them. Worship comes first. The scroll comes after.

Dhuhr12:54

Prayer is the key.

Junna means shield. It stands between you and the apps that pull you in, and each act of worship opens them a little.

  1. Lock

Choose the apps, or whole categories, that take your time. Apple keeps the list private, even from us.

  2. Earn

Mark a prayer, finish a round of zikr or read a page of Quran. Each act adds the minutes you set.

  3. Spend

Press Start and your apps open. Minutes run down only while a locked app is in use.

  4. Wait

When minutes run out, a calm screen shows the next prayer. Every day starts fresh at Fajr.

Asr15:38

A day of earned time.

Minutes rise with each prayer and fall as you use them. When they run out, your apps wait for the next prayer.

الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ

“Fasting is a shield.”

From the hadith, narrated by Bukhari and Muslim

Junna means shield. The app is a shield for your attention: prayer, zikr and Quran stand between you and the endless feed. It doesn’t fight the reach for your phone. It turns that moment into a reminder.

Isha19:40

The Hijri month, night by night. The sky in Junna follows it.

A missed prayer is marked quietly.

No red alerts, no broken streaks, no guilt. One grace day each week, and qada prayers count when you make them up.

We couldn’t read your prayers if we tried.

No ads, no tracking, no account. Your worship stays with you.

Do you see my prayers or my apps?

No. Your records stay on your phone and in your private iCloud, and Apple gives Junna only anonymous tokens for the apps you lock.

What if I can’t pray today?

Choose “Not praying today”. Your plan pauses kindly and nothing is counted against you.

Can I use my phone in an emergency?

Yes. Calls, messages and every app you don’t lock work as normal, and emergency access opens a locked app straight away.

Are prayer times accurate where I live?

The calculation method is set for your country, and you can adjust the method, Asr and the Hijri date in Settings.

Is it on Android?

Not yet. Junna is for iPhone, because it is built on Apple’s Screen Time.

Pray first. The rest can wait.

The sky in Junna follows the real moon through the Hijri month. So does this page. The next Fajr is already on its way.
